The drums of various grades and thickness ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm manufactured by us bear UN certification for packing and transporting dangerous and non-dangerous goods. We manufacture standard size 55 gallons (210 liters) capacity empty steel drums and are capable of producing UN as well as non-UN rated drums.The drums are automatically welded with a seven-fold triple seam.Every barrel and drum is manufactured under the effective quality control procedure of each and every operation to meet the specified standard.The drums are manufactured as per UN standards and a test is carried out in accordance with UN standards.Every drum undergoes 100% pneumatic leak tests and one out of every 500 drums are faced by a hydraulic and drop test for QC pass.Additionally,in every new batch,barrels are cut open to assess the triple fold seaming in order to avoid non-conformities.
